Lundy’s Lane Museum is a fun, unique, educational place for families and students to learn about history. Located at 5810 Ferry Street in Niagara Falls, the museum houses artifacts from the War of 1812 and historic prints of Niagara Falls. The museum also showcases numerous memorabilia of Niagara Falls including the development and founding of the city.
The museum moved from its original address to its current location in 1970; therefore, the museum has existed in the handsome, two story, limestone building for 38 years. The facility has public restrooms, a gift shop, and free parking.
Owned by the City of Niagara Falls, Lundy’s Lane Museum has a low admission price, but varies its operating hours. Adults pay $3.00, students and senior citizens pay $2.50, children from six to twelve years old pay $2.00, and children under the age of six years old are free.
The hours of operation vary with the seasons. From January 2 through May 1, the museum is open daily from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. From May 1 to October 31, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily are the operating hours. In November and December, the museum is open Wednesday through Sunday from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
